Trouser Toozday

So I have been checking fashion blogs (karlascloset, fashionbananas) for some unique dose of style inspiration. I'm glad that I have similar pieces with the bloggers because I can easily mix and match my outfits (w/o spending a single cent!). One outfit that really made my heart skip a beat was that of Delmy's of fashionbananas, and since then, I have always wanted a pair of those high-waist granny trousers they used to sport trendily back in the 50s.

THIS MORNING, MY WISH CAME TRUE! I have forgotten about the pieces of clothing my grandmother gave me and Stacy until a while ago, when I saw some of them in Stacy's closet! Lo and behold! It's a dream come true!

I finished the outfit with my brown, slingback slip-ons from Payless. I wanna show you a picture but I can't find it online. :( It was pretty old school too, and I love how it completes the look.
