I believe how you see yourself will determine how others will see you. It's not the size or shape that matters, it's really basically about loving your body and taking good care of it. That's when people really notice the confidence you have, that I-can't-put-my-finger-on-it kinda' X-factor, and sometimes even envy you for it.
