We've received a couple of emails asking what's my make up routine and I am very flattered that you really like the looks I wear in the photos we post here! :)
Here's the list and step by step guide I do for my daily make up routine:
1. Murad's Oil-control Mattifier SPF15
I have a very oily T-zone so I have to prep my face w/ this miracle in a tube. I LOVE IT! It serves as a primer, moisturizer and sunblock. It is awesome and I just bought my 2nd tube yesterday! Murad products are available at Rustan's Shangri-La, and soon, at Essences, Rockwell.
2. Max Factor's 2nd Skin liquid foundation
I've been using this for almost a year now and I LOVE IT! It's water-based, easy to blend, and really soft and creamy. I like it. It's so easy to work with, and it feels so light!
3. Cinema Secrets Concealer
I have blemishes so I have to conceal 'em with THE BEST CONCEALER EVER. Cinema Secrets is a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. It'll last you a long time and its coverage is UH-MAY-ZING. You only need a little, but it works perfectly (just make sure you choose the right 1 for your skin tone!).
I use a small concealer brush when applying for a smooth finish and a more natural look. Plus, it's easier to blend with this little baby. :)
Cinema Secrets concealer is available at Mega Mall Dept. Store and PCX, Rockwell. :)
I also suggest you try the Smash Box stick concealer. It's not as creamy as Cinema Secrets but its coverage is as great! Available at any Beauty Bar branch :)
4. Revlon's Color Stay Mineral Powder
After concealing, I powder my face all over with this mineral foundation for a smoother, matte finish.
5. Bloom Brow Kit

6. Sassa's Eyeshadow Quads
Not the product I use, just wanted to show you the how the tones I use look like (left)
I bought the eyeshadow quads I currently use from Hong Kong for only 7 Dollars! I use all colors for a natural day look.
I use eye brushes from Suesh. They're very cheap but have really good quality (locally made too!). You can visit their showroom in Wilson, San Juan. Visit Suesh online here.
7. The Face Shop's white pencil eyeliner
Not actual photo of the product I use
I use this everyday! It makes my eyes wider and brighter.
8. SmashBox Blush (in tint)
The product in the photo is not the shade I use
I LOVE HOW NATURAL IT LOOKS ON MY SKIN COLOR! It's stays long, it's a bit shiney, and it gives me a natural flush.
9. Pupa's lengthening mascara
Another best buy from Hong Kong! I got it not only because of its curling and volumizing features, it also stimulates the growth of the lashes! I love it! :)
10. Bobby Brown's Bronzer
I contour my face, so I use this pressed powder from Bobby Brown to define my cheekbones.
11. Ilog Maria Lipbalm (serves as primer)
I always moisturize before applying my lipstick because I like matte ones, and if applied alone, it often makes my lips dry. This is why I love Ilog Maria's Honey, Beeswax and Propolis lipbalm. It's uber moisturizing and minty, for the extra pouty look!
12. Lipstick faves
Face Shop's matte orange lipstick
MAC's Plumful
Revlon's Matte Series
I usually play with different looks by changing the color of my lipstick. These are my absolute favorites of the month! :)
Put 'em all together and... TADAAAAH!!!
Heehee, like my different expressions? :>
I hope you all appreciated this little list I made for you. I really wanna make a tutorial video, problem is, I need good lighting! My room's lighting is kinda' off, so I really can't do it here. For now, this'll have to do. :)
Tell me your favorite make up products!
Plump love,
Danah ♥
