So I've been watching Drop Dead Diva season 1 over the weekend and I'm so addicted. I can't wait to buy my season 2 DVD! I love the script, the characters (Grayson is my man ♥) and the underlying concepts which mostly address body issues, size discrimination and body acceptance. It's hilarious, and the lead star, Brooke Elliott, is UH-MAZING!!! I highly recommend it. It's been a while since something this great happened to TV. Seriously, this show is a breath of fresh air.

Here's what Brooke (AKA Jane Bingum) has to say to women on feeling good about themselves.

You know it's [confidence] something that you have to find along your way and along your path in yourself. But I can certainly say that you're already gorgeous, I know it. You already are. Like there's nothing that anyone can do or say that changes that fact and it's a mental thing, about whether you allow society to impact that or not. And if you know your true beauty, and you gotta find that along your way [because] you don't necessarily wake up knowing that in this society.

I can't wait to finish season 2 and move on to the latest episodes!!! :)
