They will do your nails good!

Our Sundays are usually lazy, spent on pampering ourselves for the coming week ahead. One particular evening, instead of heading out to get our nails done, Danah and I decided to try the services of the newest nail spa at the comfort of our home--I Do Nails!

I Do Nails's setup is impressive. Actually, everything about I Do Nails is impressive. The nail technicians came on time, all dressed up neatly for the job, wearing an apron, a hair net, and a head band. They provided all the essentials needed for the service availed, making the experience as legit as being inside a nail spa! They also prepared the set up pretty fast--it was all done in (more or less) ten minutes!

All their tools are of great quality, sterilized and cleaned regularly!

I tried their Ooh La La foot spa (includes soak + scrub + mint mask + shape + massage + paint priced at P400) and the I Do Nails manicure (includes soak + shape + massage + paint priced at P180), and I must say, it was really a relaxing and satisfying experience! The nail technician who worked on my hands and feet was very hygienic, making sure her hands were clean at all times.

Bubbly toes! :)
Scrubbin' those dry skin cells off!

When the nail technician (I should get her name next time) was done with all the scrubbing and massaging, she proceeded to cleaning and shaping my nails. Okay, every time it gets to this part of the service, I get praning (paranoid) because I've had a bad experience of getting the sides of my toes pushed way too deep, causing ingrown nails. :( So I made it clear to her that I don't want my cuticles removed (reason: nail cuticles are there to nix infection-causing bacteria from penetrating the base of your nails), and I don't want my toes harassed with the nipper/pusher, and I'm happy to say that she knows how to follow orders. I say this because I've also had an (annoying) experience with a nail technician who agreed to not cut my cuticles but insisted in removing just the "dry skin"--so I let her--but then when I saw my hands, my cuticles were gone! :( Good thing I Do Nails technicians are not like that--they are all well-trained and know how to follow orders. :D

This is just one set (out of 4) of their nail polishes! Their selection of colors made it much harder for me to choose! :))

TADAA! My nails were all set for the new week! :) I Do Nails only use the best of the best nail lacquers like OPI, Orly, Zoya, Dior, etc., which makes your polish last for one whole week (and more) without chipping! :) Talk about sulit!

I chose this bright shade of pink by--again, I should stop forgetting noting down names for the sake of you guys! Sorry! :D

Le peep toe shoes make my toes look weird. :)) Oh well, I just want to show you my pretty in pink toe nails!

Danah likes her nails sparkly! :) "Let me entertain you" by OPI

All in all, Danah and I really enjoyed our little grooming and pampering session with I Do Nails. We give them 5 stars out of 5 based on our experience. We definitely got our money's worth, and we saved gas (and energy)! Their services are laudable AND affordable, that's why we love them so much. Oh and lastly, we also love that one of their models is a plumpie! :)
