Sorry for the late post! I've been terribly swamped with school work (I promise I'm honest!) hence the lack of recent posts from me.
So I'm just gonna jump right in and talk about HOW WE ROCKED HARD IN HARD ROCK CAFE. ♥
Last July 19, my friend's (hot) daddy had a show at Hard Rock Cafe in Makati. He used to be a member of the very famous '70s band, The Boyfriends, but then they had to separate ways. Today, however, he formed another band with other '70s band members from different groups, calling them THE '70s SUPERBAND. I like it. It sounds like a group of superheroes, only with instruments and groove. :>
I went with my lola (grandma) and twin (of course). We wanted to treat her out and let her have some good ol' fun with her folks. :)
Outfits of ze day! :)

It was truly a groovy night full of nostalgic tunes. My sister and I had such a great time, I think we were even singing louder than some of the oldies (but goodies) there! Growing up, we had such fondness for '60s-'70s music that's why we were able to relate with the songs the '70s Superband played. Man oh man was it awesome.
Also, it was our first time to eat @ Hard Rock here in the country (our first Hard Rock experience was in Bangkok)! I loved the sampler I ordered that night. Too bad I forgot its name! Presenting... Our midnight snack:
I loved the buffalo wings' tanginess mixed with the bleu cheese's creaminess. Writing about it makes me salivate. The potato wedges were okay. Onion rings, not so. I like my onion rings crunchy on the outside but tender on the inside, two critical things the cook failed to deliver. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the variety, but it made me want to order buffalo wings separately. :)
After eating, we continued to twist and shout the night away, dancing insanely to the old school tunes of OPM (Original Pinoy Music). Aaaah, what a wonderful, satisfying night. ♥
Plump love,
Danah :)
