Faux Hawk Fail: I was really going for styling my hair to look like a mohawk, but I didn't have enough time during this morning before going to work to tease the whole mid-section of my hair (and Danah was too lazy to help me) so I ended up with this pompadour hair style. :\ I'm not giving up on achieving a real faux hawk though. ;)
We had lunch at Casa Marcos, which is right in Burgos Circle. We ordered Gambas, Lengua, Callos, Almejas (baked clams), and Tenderloin Tips! (What? We're starving bears.)

Mr. Crumby Crabs! :) Saw this cute edible thing sitting by the counter. It's their pandesal shaped and molded to look like a sea creature! Kaaliw. :D Casa Marcos is also a Pandesal Bar (from 7:00am to 1:00pm), and they make really good Pinoy bread--freshly baked and crunchy on the outside and really soft and chewy on the inside!
The baked clams, or what they serve as Almejas, was really good--loaded with fried, crunchy garlic and melted cheese!
Their very tender, flavorful, and juicy Tenderloin Tips!
The Gambas became my instant favorite. It was spicy, oily, and garlic-y! Yuuummmmmmm.
I wasn't able to take photos of the Lengua and the Callos because I was too busy stuffing my face, but I must say, I really enjoyed ALL of their food. Everything was delicious! :) Visit them during lunch time to get a complimentary basket of pandesal served with butter on the side. Mmmmmmmm. :9
Casa Marcos' only branch is located in Burgos Circle, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila. Call them at (632) 703-7784 for queries and reservations. :)
Enjoy food, enjoy life,
Stacy
